As the picture showed, the river in my hometown----Rui'an , is very very dirty.The river is full of gargagess, making the water smelly and there is even no fish in it.
Since 2000, the government has spent 2 billion in renovating the river. But as a result, the river turned to be dirty again just a few months after renovating.
So my question is that what action should the government of China take to deal with such a situation.

yes, I always feel heartbreaking when reading this kind of things. when people make their voices to be sound , actually, they should pay more attention on their own behaviors. sometimes it is a matter of sense. we should have the sense of environmental protection, not only complaining.
This is much better, Chen Pei. A few improvements can still be made.
Why cant the people of this world realize that the earth is two third water so we must take care of it to keep the world able to survive!!!This is really sad:(
